Posted - 08/11/2022 Letting players know that there is a tournament on and where is a big part of event organisation. Getting the numbers is the biggest hurdle. Today that is much easier with internet, e-mail and Facebook but even then you can only invite known players. Getting new players can come from word of mouth but having a club forum or an event calendar that faces the public is most advantageous.
Once you have the players not much can go wrong. |

Posted - 24/02/2023 ASSA tournament draws with start times can always be found here on the ASSA website... /results.asp
ASSA does not use any of the third party draw sheet services for the simple reason that if anyone wants to find a draw and what time they are playing, remembering that assa.asn.au has it all is a lot easier to remember than trying find a needle in a haystack on one of the many third party services. |
