When watching snooker and billiards, without knowing the current score, one has no idea of the game's progress, and while there may be a scoreboard on the wall, it will be fixed and may not be seen from everyone's viewpoint and most certainly not visible in a live video stream.
But that problem can be solved by using a BallStream Scoreboard which can be displayed on any computer screen and the same scores overlaid on a live video stream.
For local viewing without Internet you can use BallStream Scoreboard software on a Windows computer. But if you do have Internet at the event, the better solution is to use the BallStream Live Scoring service because no software is needed and sores can be managed from any computer or device, even from a mobile phone.
A variety of colours and designs are available:

Or you can display a scoreboard over your live video stream:

To overlay scores on live video you need to use Encoding Software like OBS Studio.
OBS is FREE and available for Windows, Mac and Linux computers, but I doubt if there is an Android app.
You can get OBS Studio from https://obsproject.com/ |

OBS Studio is free software too. We use it on a Mac notebook. You can also add logos for event sponsors and position them anywhere on the screen. |

I often see digital scoreboards in the background of live streams but cannot read the scores. Nice try but they cannot be read from that distance when viewed online. |

Some may claim that I am biased, but after live scoring yet another senior final for online video, I cannot imagine why anyone would not want to use the Ballstream Scoring Overlay with OBS software... https://ballstream.com/video_overlay.asp
While I do see some scoring overlays providing more onscreen info about things like points remaining, etc, I have to ask... who needs that? Anyone watching snooker online will be an enthusiast and easily understand how the points system works. In fact I would put such info in the same annoying bag of tricks shared by online commentary... how can anyone enjoy watching snooker with someone banging in their ear the whole time?
I also see some matches scored using mobile phone apps. Well done! Without your effort there may be no video of that event. But how about at least starting the recording in landscape mode so we can see wider and larger view of the table. All you need to fix that is setup the mobile phone horizontally BEFORE clicking record.
Also of interest to note, is the fact that most people live streaming snooker in Australia are going out of their way to use an overseas scoreboard overlay solution, while most of the clubs streaming overseas are using BallStream, an Australian solution.
BallStream Scoreboard solutions are FREE and the online version can be used via any computer or device including mobile phone.
