Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the Australian Senior Snooker Association Inc (ASSA) is scheduled for 10 am on Sunday 10th March at 51 North Deep Creek Road, North Deep Creek 4570. Full members can attend via live stream.
All executive positions will be vacated. Nominations are now open for President, Secretary, Treasurer and Delegates for each of the states including QLD, NSW, VIC, TAS, SA, WA and ACT. The state delegates are responsible for promoting senior events within their own state and have full voting rights on the ASSA board.
There is a minimum age requirement of 50 years. For more information about how you can nominate and help promote senior snooker, please introduce yourself via the contact form at https://assa.asn.au

Following the Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on 10th March, the ASSA board welcomes Peter Hanley as President. Peter has a long history in our sport as a competitor, snooker coach and maker of quality cues for more than 40 years. The ASSA executive line up is now:
- President: Peter Hanley
- Secretary: Joy Flemming
- Treasurer: Bill Horner
- QLD Delegate: William Kent
No nominations were received from the other states, but volunteers are welcome to step forward at any time. |
