Posted - 05/11/2022 When watching snooker and billiards, without knowing the current score, one has no idea of the game's progress, and while there may be a scoreboard on the wall, it will be fixed and may not be seen from everyone's viewpoint and most certainly not visible in a live video stream.
But that problem can be solved by using a BallStream Scoreboard which can be displayed on any computer screen and the same scores overlaid on a live video stream.
For local viewing without Internet you can use BallStream Scoreboard software on a Windows computer. But if you do have Internet at the event, the better solution is to use the BallStream Live Scoring service because no software is needed and sores can be managed from any computer or device, even from a mobile phone.
A variety of colours and designs are available:
Or you can display a scoreboard over your live video stream:

Posted - 07/11/2022 I often see digital scoreboards in the background of live streams but cannot read the scores. Nice try but they cannot be read from that distance when viewed online. |

Posted - 07/11/2022 OBS Studio is free software too. We use it on a Mac notebook. You can also add logos for event sponsors and position them anywhere on the screen. |

Posted - 06/11/2022 To overlay scores on live video you need to use Encoding Software like OBS Studio.
OBS is FREE and available for Windows, Mac and Linux computers, but I doubt if there is an Android app.
You can get OBS Studio from https://obsproject.com/ |
