ASSA Management
The ASSA is an incorporated association managed by President, Treasurer, Secretary and committee members serving as state delegates. As such the ASSA is governed by a Constitution and By-Laws.
Members
Membership is limited to those who are suitable to either join the management team, serve as committee member or state co-ordinator, or otherwise volunteer to aid and assist with the promotion and organisation of our events.
Associated Players
Anyone over 50 years old is eligible to join as an Associate. Players registering with ASSA will be notified of events and also be able to join discussions in our forum.
Although ASSA is for Australian seniors, associate membership is also available to those outside of Australia for the promotion of senior events in worldwide.
ASSA Constitution
The ASSA Constitution is basically standard for organisations incorporated in Queensland with the exception that members are required to be 50 years old or more.
ASSA By-Laws
The ASSA By-Laws define membership and associate status, tournaments rules and the responsibilities of state delegates.
